Quick and Easy Healthy Breakfast Recipes
It’s hard to think of healthy eating when you’re on the go, especially those busy mornings when you’re in a rush.

We all have heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and it’s TRUE! As businesspeople, we are genetically programed to be on the move – So as “food for thought” here are some easy and healthy breakfast recipes to start off the day with energy and motivation:
Avocado toast with eggs
A great source of protein and what can be better than to combine it with avocado and toast.

Mash the avocado in a small bowl and season with sea salt.
Toast 2 slices of wholegrain in a toaster, place the mashed avocado over the toast.
You can boil eggs and slice them on top of the toast, or you can fried your eggs with butter – And boom you have a healthy delicious breakfast in no time.
Egg bites
If you want to get a little fancy for breakfast there’s nothing better than egg bites.

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Coat 12 standard-size muffin cups tray with cooking spray. Divide broccoli and bacon evenly among muffin cups.
Crack eggs into a large bowl, add organic milk, and salt; stir with a whisk until well combined.
Divide egg mixture evenly among muffin cups; sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
Greek Yogurt, Fruit & Granola
Greek yogurt is easy and convenient – it is also twice the protein, half the carbs and half the sodium than regular yogurt. Fruit can satisfy a sweet tooth in a healthy way, they contain fiber, potassium, vitamin C, and folic acid. Combined, Greek yogurt and fruit make a bomb healthy breakfast.

Add Greek yogurt in a bowl.
Add with blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. You can also alternate with kiwi, pineapple, mangoes, peaches, oranges, and cherries.
Top with a little bit of granola and organic honey
Breakfast Smoothies
Breakfast smoothies are not only quick and easy to make, but also healthy and delicious! There are endless recipes for breakfast smoothies. You can also get creative and select your own ingredients depending on your favorite fruits and vegetables. Here is one of our favorites and a popular choice for breakfast:

Blend ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 cup of fresh spinach
1 medium ripe banana
½ ripe avocado
2 cups of frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon of almond butter
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Add raw organic protein powder (optional)
